AMD presents 3D-browser Fusion Media Explorer.

Producer of Advanced Micro Devices microprocessors released beta-version of it’s own working – 3D-browser, which allows users to exchanging the multimedia files, which are keep on there computers. According to Casey Gotcher, the manager of product marketing of AMD, browser Fusion Media Explorer makes easy not only exchanging of files through the social nets and also a previewing of music and video content available to loading.

Nowadays there is available only beta-version, which allows to exchanging the information through the Facebook and YouTube, and in last case users has ability only for distribution of video on server, the function of direct p2p-exchange is absent, sayd CyberSecurity.

Among the unusual abilities of Fusion Media Explorer you could mark original volumetric interface, where all available files are present as three-dimensional images, located hierarchic. Injection or deflation of files is released by simple drag transfer of files from one part of browser to another. Also, in browser there is  build into multimedia player, which allows to preview or load the file without it’s whole loading. Also the novetly is supply with not bad build into searhing of local and distant files.

Gotcher sayd that Fusion Media Explorer has it’s target to demonstrate of multimedia abilities and mobile platforms AMD. Acording to him, browser gets new abilities with releasing the mobile platform Yukon for ultraportable notebooks.

In AMD there is accent exactly on that Yukon could apply not only for low-powered netbooks and also for  more functional subnotebooks.

Browser Firefox 3 for the first time became popular in Europe.

Analytical company StatCounter published relevant statistic of browser using by European people, according to it web browser Firefox 3 for the first time became a leader of rating.

On evidence from StatCounter, the third version of Firefox browser likes to 35.09% European users. The market part of Internet Explorer 7 in Europe is about 34.51%, and browsers Internet Explorer 6 and Mozilla Firefox 2 is 11.92% and 3.1% of European market conformably.

Browser Opera 9.6 controls about 4.88% of European market. Parts of Google Chrome and Apple Safari 3.2 is near to 1.57% and 1.4%. Released Internet Explorer 8 in March takes up only 2.37% of European browser market.

As to global rating the leader as usual stay Internet Explorer 7 with 38.6% of market. Next goes Mozilla Firefox 3 and Internet Explorer 6 with 25.7% and 21.81%
